Project for my Design for Animators class
In this assignment, we were given the task of creating a fairytale dessert cottage. I decided to create my cottage out of French pastries, as I have a huge love for canelés, tarte bourdaloue, and pain aux raisins.
I used two two-point perspective to create my cottage, with my original concept being done within my sketchbook. I used a ruler with a graphite pencil to ensure my lines were correct and went over it with watercolor, then finally I lined everything with pen. The image was then brought into Photoshop, where I created a grid within the file and lowered the transparency of the drawing so it could be used as a guide for my digital work.
